2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.
Payment must be made in advance through approved methods (e.g., cash, bank transfer, or online payment where available).
Prices are provided upfront and may vary based on distance, time, and demand.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours may incur partial charges or be non-refundable.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.
4. Safety and Passenger Conduct
Your safety is our top priority. We expect all passengers to:
Wear seatbelts during the ride.
Refrain from any form of abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to a passenger’s misconduct may result in additional charges or legal action.
5. Delays and Unforeseen Events
We strive to provide punctual service, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:
Heavy traffic
Road closures
Accidents
Weather conditions
Any unforeseen events beyond our control
